How the Corona pandemic (has) changed diet and physical activity behaviour - lessons from the pandemic

The Corona pandemic has (had) considerable effects on dietary and physical activity behaviour in Germany. From a health perspective, these are largely to be assessed as unfavourable. This is especially true for vulnerable social groups.
In the spring conference, the effects of the pandemic will be explicitly described and substantiated with corresponding current monitoring data, e.g. from the Robert Koch Institute. Recommendations for prevention and therapy will be developed. This also includes recommendations on how to proceed in any future pandemics.
