Culinary Medicine Germany e.V. (CMG) in cooperation with the Institute for Nutrition and Psychology at the Georg-August-University of Göttingen University Medical Center was formally accepted into the Teaching Kitchen Collaborative (TKC), a leading invitational network of educational, research, and community organizations with teaching kitchens to be used to enhance personal and public health Effective January 1, 2022, Culinary Medicine Germany e.V. did join organizations including Cleveland Clinic, UCLA, Northwestern University, Google Inc, the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Stanford University, Kaiser Permanente, the Barilla Center for Food & Nutrition-Foundation (BCFN) and others leading the teaching kitchen movement to improve health outcomes in the US and around the world.

Multicentre evaluation
Das Modellprojekt Culinary Medicine des Instituts für Ernährungspsychologie an der Georg-August-Universität Göttingen/Universitätsmedizin und von Culinary Medicine Deutschland e.V. (vormals CookUOS e.V. ) wird seit Dezember 2019 von der Rut- und Klaus-Bahlsen-Stiftung (Hannover) gefördert. Nach der Evaluation werden alle Lehrmaterialien als Open Access veröffentlicht.

Since October 2011, "Culinary Medicine Deutschland" (formerly CookUOS) - Cooking in the Context of Nutritional, Health Literacy and Education for Sustainable Development. Until 2014 at the Institute for Health Research and Education at the University of Osnabrück and since 2015 closely linked with the Institute for Nutritional Medicine at the Georg-August University of Göttingen, University Medicine.
